A new web site has been set up to for those imprisoned by the Czech Police after the S26 protests in Prague. The aims of this site are to: - Provide a permanent
record of the police brutality that followed in the wake of the protests
in Prague on September 26th 2000. YOUR HELP is needed. There are still about 25 people in prison that we know of and many are missing. Check the latest info on the OPH page of the site to see if you can help update our information. If you were, or know of anyone who was arrested at Prague we are trying to collect people's stories to be published online. This is in addition to the OPH release forms that the legal team would like everyone to fill out. Against the Criminalisation and Repression of Our Movements Activists
from different countries who are still together in Prague send you this
call for action to propose a global campaign
against the criminalisation and repression that is affecting our movements
all over the world. It is a long and dense document, but we think that
it is important that it is distributed and discussed locally, and we
hope that these discussions will result both in local actions and in
collective reflexions about the consequences of different forms of action,
in a context of increasing interdependency between autonomous collectives

la criminalización y la represión que está afectando
a nuestros movimientos en todo el mundo. Es un documento largo y denso,
pero creemos que es importante que sea difundido y discutido localmente,
y esperamos que esas discusiones tengan como resultado tanto acciones
locales como reflexiones colectivas sobre las consecuencias de diferentes
formas de acción, en un contexto de cada vez mayor interdependencia
entre colectivos y activistas autónom@s. Da Praga - Appello All’azione Globale Attivisti da tutto il mondo che sono ancora uniti a Praga mandano questo appello all'azione per iniziare una campagna mondiale contro la criminalizzazione e la repressione di cui siamo oggetto in questa citta' e di cui sono oggetto i nostri movimenti in tutto il mondo. E' un documento lungo e denso ma riteniamo importante che sia distribuito e discusso a livello locale, e speriamo che queste discussioni risultino in azioni e riflessioni in un contesto in cui esiste un interdipendenza sempre piu' elevata fra collettivita' autonome e attivisti. L'introduzione presenta la nostra prospettiva circa il processo generale di criminalizzazione a livello globale dei nostri movimenti. I prossimi paragrafi spiegano cio' che e' avvenuto e sta ancora avvenendo a Praga, come un esempio di cio' che vediamo essere una strategia a lungo termine simile a quella utilizzata 30 anni fa, e relazionandola al contesto sempre piu' duro che tocca coloro che non possono o si rifiutano di partecipare alla cultura dominante. In seguito, su queste basi, esprimiamo l'appello per un'azione globale, e come parte di questa formulazione, chiarifichiamo la nostra posizione sulla "violenza". La prima parte del documento si conclude coll'esprimere gli obbiettivi a lungo termine di questo appello. Nella seconda parte del documento descriviamo delle proposte d'azione concrete e gli obbiettivi immediati delle azioni di disobbedienza civile che avverranno a Praga. Da Praga - Appello All’azione Globale Aus Prag--Globaler Aktionsaufruf AktivistInnen aus verschiedenen Laendern die nach wie vor in Prag zusammen sind schicken euch diesen Aktionsaufruf, um eine weltweite Kampagne gegen die Kriminalisierung und Repression, die unsere Bewegungen in der ganzen Welt angreift, vorzuschlagen. Es ist ein langes und dichtes Document aber wir denken, dass es wichtig ist, dass es lokal verbreitet und diskutiert wird und wir hoffen, dass diese Diskussionen einerseits in lokalen Aktionen muenden und andererseits in kollektiven Reflexionen ueber die Auswirkungen verschiedener Aktionsformen, im Kontext einer wachsenden gegenseitigen Abhaengigkeit zwischen autonomen Kollektiven und Aktivistinnen. Die Einfuehrung praesentiert unsere Perspektiven zum generellen Prozess der weltweiten Kriminalisierung unsere Bewegungen. Die naechsten Absaetze erklaeren was bis jetzt in Prag passiert ist und passiert, als Beispiel was wir als Langzeitstrategie erkennen aehnlich der die gegen die Gegenkultur vor ungefaehr 30 Jahren angewandt wurde und setzten es in Zusammenhang mit dem haerter werdenden Kontext, der die angreift, die nicht an der dominanten Kultur teilhaben koennen oder wollen. Dieses weiterverfolgend und auf dieser Basis erklaeren wir allgemein unseren Aktionsaufruf; und als Teil dieser allgemeinen Formulierungen stellen wir unsere Meinung zu "Gewalt" klar. Der erste Teil dieses Dokuments endet mit der Erklaerung, was wir als Ziel dieses Aufrufes sehen. Im zweiten Teil des Dokuments beschreiben wir konkrete Aktionsvorschlaege und kurz- und mittelfristige Objektiven der Aktionen zivilen Ungehorsams, die wir in Prag machen werden.
